From: sonn@execpc.com Subject: [OT] Fun rules for SW Monopoly Monopoly can be fun, but with a few small changes it can be a real blast! This only really works with the SW Monopoly game, though. In addition to all the other pieces, take the Stormtrooper and put it on Go (no one can play the trooper). Play as usual, but with the following changes: 1) At the end of each players turn, they move the Stormtrooper one space counterclockwise. 2)The Stormtrooper ignores everything on the board (houses, Go to Jail, etc.) 3)If at the end of any turn, before or after the Stomtrooper is moved, he's on the same space as someone's playing piece, they are shot (Bvvvvvv). Roll one die; you're unconscious for that many turns. The Stormtrooper (we've nicknamed him Lt. HIT-MAN) adds a different level to the game. A blast at the wrong time could put you behind, while a blast at another time could wind up keeping you from landing on hotels for several turns (enough to recoup your losses). Plus some funny scenarios. "You are summoned to Coruscant: Imperial Palace" "What for?" (Bvvvvvv) "Face your destiny at Cloud City" (Bvvvvvv) I once was shot escaping from jail.(Bvvvvvv) "Back in your cell!" It's a fun diversion!
